Section 1 : Site introduction
Article 6 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the Holtyx Games website are informed of the identity of the various parties involved in its implementation and monitoring. Below, it should be noted that the Site refers to the “Holtyx Games” site and all the existing sub-sites under the “holtyx.com” domain. Here’s the list:

Section 2 : Website and Service Terms of Use
Site usage implies full acceptance of the conditions described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, users of the Site being therefore invited to consult them on a regular basis.
The Site is normally available to users at all times.
Nevertheless, dotCore's Lab does not guarantee the access and the good function of the latter, reserving the right to make it partially or totally inaccessible for reasons communicated or not upstream to the users.
The Site is updated regularly by dotCore's Lab. In the same way, the legal notices can be modified at any time: they are binding on the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to read them here. Only the online conditions during Site usage by the user will prevail.
Section 3 : Description of the services provided
The purpose of the Site is to provide information concerning all the activities of the community. In this regard, dotCore's Lab strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether by itself or by the third party partners who provide it with this information.
All the information indicated on the Site is given for information only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information given is not exhaustive and is given subject to modifications having been made since it was put online.
Section 4 : Contractual limitations on technical data
The Site uses JavaScript technology. It cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the latter.
In addition, the user of the Site agrees to access it using recent equipment, not containing viruses and with an updated latest generation browser.
Section 5 : Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting
dotCore's Lab is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the Site, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons or other resources.
The consultation does not entail any transfer of intellectual property rights in favor of the user. The reproduction, redistribution or automatic extraction by any means of information appearing on the Site is strictly prohibited. dotCore's Lab reserves the right to take any action to put an end to the damage.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of dotCore's Lab.
Any unauthorized use of the Site or one of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
Third-party resources are subject to their respective copyrights, dotCore's Lab endeavoring to respect the rights of exploitation and use of these.
Section 6 : Limitation of liability
dotCore's Lab cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment, when accessing the Site, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in section 4, or the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.
Interactive spaces (such as forums) are available to users. dotCore's Lab reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that would contravene the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. Where applicable, dotCore's Lab also reserves the right to question the user's civil and/or criminal liability, in particular in the event of a racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic message, regardless of the medium used (text, photography, etc.).
Section 7 : Personal data management
In France, personal data is protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
Can be collected by third-party providers : user’s network provider and IP address.
In any case, dotCore's Lab only collects personal information relating to the user for the need of certain services offered by the Site. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he enters it himself. It is then specified to the user of the Site the obligation or not to provide this information.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, any user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning him, by making his written and signed request to: support@holtyx.com.
No personal information of the user of the Site is published without his knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold to third parties.
The Site is not declared to the CNIL as it doesn’t collect personal data.
The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases.
Section 8 : Hyperlink links and cookies
The Site contains a certain number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorization of dotCore's Lab. However, dotCore's Lab does not have the possibility of verifying the content of the sites thus visited and therefore assumes no responsibility for this fact.
Browsing on the Site is likely to cause the installation of cookie(s) on the user's computer. A cookie is a small file, which does not allow the identification of the user, but which records information relating to the navigation of a computer on a site. The data thus obtained are intended to facilitate subsequent navigation on the and are also intended to allow various measures of attendance. Section 9 : Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction
Any dispute related to the use of the Site is subject to French law. It is made exclusive attribution of jurisdiction to the competent courts of Saint-Etienne.
